Eleanor is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) specialized in functional medicine and intuitive eating. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She is licensed to practic dietetics in numerous states. Eleanor has completed extensive post graduate coursework from the Institute of Functional Medicine and Harvard Medical School. She has diverse clinical experience working in sub-acute care, outpatient eating disorders, online telehealth, and food insecurity counseling.
